Don't take that as gospel, by any means. I just happened to be in an area with business people and clients (seemed to be money managers, brokers, accountants) The clients were asking to exit holdings and I was overhearing quite a bit. This was just a slice of life MIGHT be going on. Depending where you are while this is going on, at the beach, in a business lunch meeting, doctor's waiting room, etc. I was hearing of 6 figure losses and 'tax benefits' etc. etc.. An attorney would call this heresay, but I haven't heard this before at these same places.
