You really just don't get it do you? If she would have been prevented from buying the gun legally should would have obtained it illegally or taken one from someone she knows that has one.....it really is that simple. Again it is not the gun that is a concern but the urge for her to want to kill that is.

AS. The purchase of any handgun in Texas from a legitimate dealer, is cleared by the FBI. A gun will not be handed to the purchaser until a call has been made to the FBI, and the purchaser is cleared by them. I have seen this procedure every time I have bought any kind of gun in Texas, including hand guns. You don't know what you are talking about. Don't blame Texas for a federal screw up. ~H~
