SSTI projecting EPS through the first part of 2001!!! Is this what the market demands nowadays? Spill the beans and go out on a limb for a few quarters? That really takes guts. Also takes a lot of confidence.. :D For conservative Bing to make those sort of comments speaks volumes as to how incorrect the "flash glut" naysayers are.. The reality of the situation is such that the fab space is secured, the product is all sold.. so it's pretty easy to make what are actually conservative estimates.. :) The scary thing is.. they will probably significantly upside again next quarter.. I'm hopeful that fair disclosure brings about this kind of guidance more in the future.. Leaves little doubt for future visibility, that's for sure. :) All the best, docpaul
