Thanks, 3_putt. I do have some additional questions regarding system settings (primarily having to do with getting the program to ignore the cd rom (I've always kept that on hard drive). Also, I rely heavily on eod scans. Those have never been a problem. However, been trying to do intraday scans and the FDCN data feed slows down the scan. Must resort to disconnect from internet feed, then reconnect after scan. Let me package my questions in a more concise manner and post to you later.
