I was way off in market timing, I don't deny it at all. But the market has a tendency to not do what we think when we think. The call was a good call because MANY people said it would NEVER happen...not in 6 weeks, 6 months, whenever. Well, I have news for them...it's gonna. I also predicted falling property prices in New York and the Bay Area within 6 months, as a result of a market meltdown. I will be right on that too.
