disgusting isn't the environment for invested is ruined. doesn't matter what they do, if the stock is a high-tech stocks with a multi % gain, and a three digit stock, investors are going to take the money and run till the environment changes I finally feel that way. Up until now, I had thought that once the good companies started reporting earnings and they started yesterday and today, the techs would rally. Out of nowhere we get a Middle east crisis that escalated. Otherwise, I am convinced we would have 100+ point gain in the Nasdaq today. What timing! However, that timing of the crisis and the market expecting a rally---washed out the last bulls. I actually hedged a lot more than usually do --while I was thinking that if I feel like hedging big, then we must be at a bottom.<g>
