That was Keynes, and it was something more like, "There is nothing so dangerous as a rational investment strategy in an irrational world." But Galbraith is a Keynsian.

I frankly never believed what Keynes said. For example, to invest in dog turds would be irrational, at least to my mind. But that would not make it a good alternative to tech stocks, at least to my mind.

of course, there IS that service that will mail a fresh one to the addressee of your choice . . .
