Hi E., I'm not holding up well at all. My account is decimated. But like the Phoenix it will rise from the ashes. I hope AG is happy. My poor mother got a margin call from EGRP Tues. Had to come up with $25,000 by 3 p.m. Weds. Forced into liquidating her GERN, TGEN, and F. I do not see how this is good for the economy or for anyone. I offered her money from my margin account and mm acount she is too proud to take it so unfortunately for her and others these forced liquidations are feeding on themselves and adding to the decline. If AG wants a recession he is going about it the right way. Share holders are losing billions daily. We will have zero inflation in no time and people can stand begging in soup lines and applying for food stamps when they lose their jobs thanx to AG. I buy straw hats in winter so I've been buying the weakness here and there. SUNW, SCMR, ORCL etc. Out into Apr. calls we shall see. I think the market is definitely oversold and do not feel the fundamentals have deteriorated to the extent the averages have fallen; jmho. Just the same the lemmings have bailed out of everything feeding the bandits at rock bottom prices. I'm expecting a turn in the NAZ OCTOBER 17TH. AT 2:43 P.M. set your watch!!! How's that for a prediction??? Abby, Joe, and Brian have nothing on me!! Remember you heard it here first <ggg>. Let me know if you see anything encouraging. Meanwhile this dog won't hunt and not even a dead cat can bounce under the current adversity we are facing. Take care, Al
