from what I have read, the lawyers got their shares of stock around February when the stock price was in the $14 to $20 range

I haven't received my letter yet!

I have also read that after the breakup of IFMX, the database company might be worth $9.00 a share and the ecommence company worth I think they said $34.00 a share

Does anybody have any faith in the new leader? Geynes

Also does anyone know how the lawsuit with IBM is going?
That was the final straw and I sold my shares

Yesterday, I received a letter from the firm handling the Informix litigation rejecting one of my claims. It stated that the reason for the rejection was that the claim "has been found to be a duplicate of Claim No. XXXX." The assertion is absolutely false, as demonstrated by trade confirmations that I have provided to them and by their own previous communications to me on these transactions.

I don't know what is the true reason for the rejection. I can only speculate that if the claims administrator is paid by the hour, he has a motivation to operate as inefficiently (incompetently) as possible, once the gross award has been made.

Of course, I have sent them a letter appealing their decision. I would like to know what recourse a claimant has if his claim is unfairly rejected by the administrator.
