Polecat flicka Have you been out sailing? We entered a race on the weekend. The Point Roberts Classic. Had a full crew (7 of us). The boat had been tuned - adjusted the stays, cleaned the hull, emptied it - the whole ball of wax. We went out for a practice run in the morning just so that we'd all know our jobs (racing season is just starting again) because we tend to forget over the summer. Our rating of 132 puts us in the middle of the pack. Guess where we finished? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . we came in dead last. Go figure. Sailing is as the market is, etc, etc, etc. What a life. I think it was Tim Comiskey who was practicing his McDonalds' lines - "with fries, or without?" Good idea. rosita
