"Reading is a civil right" is a beautiful statement on the problems of public education today. It describes in few words everything I have been trying to say in regard to our education problem. And what hypocrites Democrats are to force children into substandard schools which are failing are poorest of poor children. Especially the ones in our inner cities. "READING IS A CIVIL RIGHT" AWESOME! I would repeat that phrase over and over for the rest of the campaign.
