Since many seem to think that this kind of thing can't happen any more, it will be hopefully valuable for everyone to see just what the explanations are as to HOW it happened, and WHY with "state of the art equipment" we didn't see anything coming.... One thing is be clear to me....if this keeps up, soon no one will have to worry what to do with a "surplus in the budget".....there won't be a surplus....especially when all those companies, and 'dern wealthy folks' making over $80k a year, all of a sudden aren't making that.... At the GNET meeting this morning Russell mentioned "Tale of Two Cities...." This seems to apply to today...
