While I don't see a really blockbuster statement as it relates to Q/CDMA2000, it is clear the operators are getting restless with the Nokey Road To Hell.

Climber, they are awakening to the fact they are being led to slaughter and have just encountered the first bite of the sword: downgraded credit and unmanageable (for GSM operators) CAPEX for upgrades to inferior equipment.
