well I don't believe we should be refunding $$ to people whose kids go to voucher schools that cost less than 4K. How about refunding 4K to me and my childless friends then? I'm surprised the proponents of this bill would think this would fly. Can you explain to me what the rationale would be to refund money to families (kids, whoever) that don't "use it all"? Given the fact that I pay dearly for services I don't use I would never support this.
