Rdwharley, Jim...

Rd, for what it's worth, the red flag would be the "just in time" financing concept and the stock dilution as JIT financing happens. The race is, of course, between cash burn rate and revenue/profit generation. The JIT financing, at these prices, leads to greater dilution as stated- then greater profits for backers when and if the company succeeds in generating profits, but less so (less dilution) if success becomes more apparent sooner rather than later.

However, IMO, I see the Fonx price rising, period. Ya see it all the time. A story stock it is(however tiny), and the stories to come are clear, sort of(which so often is all it takes). What's this Panasonic product going to be? Will it do well? Panasonic is a great name, offering hope of a successful product launch incorporating Fonix tech., but certainly not a guarantee. But I'd wager that when the Panasonic product is revealed, and god knows what other deals show up, this stock most likely will return to higher levels, and it won't matter that profits have yet to hit the bottom line or even that we don't know the numbers involved in the attempt, just that a compelling story can be suspected as coming with a greater clarity.

I'd almost betcha FONX is over a buck by Christmas, and I think the odds of that in this case are high, BWDIW? These little stocks are volitile and one like this one, with good looking prospects now in the midst of unfolding, often produces rare and quick gains, in my exerience. Takes guts I've seldom had, yet still it's just this sort of scenario that provides for my long history of kicking myself for not jumping aboard at all, and/or not holding on long enough.

What a mouthful of BS I've just offered, and Good luck,
