Frank - Thanks for the insights. Who knows, after this shakeout maybe they're won't be more than a handful of carriers anyway so it may be less of an issue in the future than it is now. Hopefully WCII will be one of those left standing. The thoughts on the BLEC's are interesting. This is an animal I just heard of recently. I invested in NHC Communications recently, and they (together with ECI Telecom) were awarded a 75MM contract from LastMileAccess, a Texas-based BLEC. Everyone was caught off guard as they were all looking for a contract from a CLEC, ILEC or RBOC. Of course, it didn't do much for the stock in this market. Regards...pkf
