No Gardner is the owner of one of the sports team in Detroit (or was, if memory serves), also has interest in some large glass outfits. He sunk a lot of money in one of Ovshinski's ventures (OVON was the symbol), but two years ago or so, he gave up. The plant closed. One of my friends was heading R&D, that is how I learned about this tid-bit. I read this thread about once a month, just to check on this one (I did not get in lucky for me when you brought it to my attention quite some time ago), and I just noted that my reply was to an old post (September is now "dead"). But my point was that just going after "smart" or "big" money is not always wise. In many cases this money is "protected" in way, we simple investors cannot. I also have seen too many time big money making real big mistakes. I hope that there is more than big money behind MUCP, like enough cash in the bank to get to the promised land of positive cash flow...
