Maybe both. I think we can count on impressive earnings thanks to Luminent. As for the IPO we will get that also if "market conditions" permit. Diana assures me they are ready.

I'm too lazy to go back and research it right now, but to the best of my memory, MRVC usually gets hit after the analysts hear Noam's ineptness during earnings conference calls. Hope you're scenario is right.knc
