I actually have the links around somewhere that Joe provided, before Cobalt killed him, but I moved and they are in boxes. I don't need to convince myself anymore for the last several years so they are with old stuff. -g-

The Fromson piece on the Plunge Protection Team is still available on-line at the Washington Post archives, but it costs $2.95 to access the article, 6 a.m. 6 p.m. Eastern Time weekdays, only $1.50 otherwise. Of course, you and I can read it at the library, and I've already read it. Seems like there was a link that was free, but I didn't bookmark it.
