The world has changed too much. Too many wackos out there and many of them are not criminals (yet). Surprisingly this is why some of us own guns. 20,000 gun laws. Someone's not serious about this or has no proper understanding of what an effective gun law is or to what extent a law can control the individual (before the fact) if he is a criminal or merely a "wacko". Other Rights should be restricted as well because of these "wackos", right.
