My understanding is that insiders control 20%? of the outstanding shares. How many does Richardson have? I can't seem to get any info on that. Also note that he is a managing director of Merchant Capital Group who just acquired 250,000 shares. Did they own any before? As to the "clearly defined assets", probably only the directors know the answer to that one? I suspect that something is going on other than just stock promotion. We'll see!

Also, on the topic of "clearly defined assets", the only one I can think of is cash! And that is questionable also when you measure it in terms of different currencies or commodities! In my opinion, it doesn't exist. As to interpretation of financial statements, etc., it just depends upon the slant given to them. Mining assays are no different. For example, refer to Bre-X! You release what you want to release, hold back what you don't, & give them your interpretations. Oh sure, it all comes out in the end, but then it's too late for the small investors! As for HLM, do we know how much of the assay results have been held back? Good?, Bad?, Indifferent? Liz, the market is just one big casino!
