A.S., You would look far more intelligent if you were to post facts with your assertions. It appears that you want us to accept your claims just because you (or the Democratic Party) say it is so. If you really believe that politicians will lie to get elected then you should be questioning what the Al Gore and the Democrats are saying as well as what the Republicans are saying. Instead you take Democratic charges at face value and believe all Republican charges are lies. Neither party is beyond reproach. To be objective you need to look at the facts - see what is good and bad about each party, not just look at the good in the Democratic party and the bad in the Republican party. As they say on Wall Street do your homework.

Good thing Al Gore isn't being "hypocritical" when he accuses Bush of being in the pockets of "Big Oil"... Heaven knows that Gore wouldn't want any radical environmentalists protesting such connections... Ooopppss.. Too Late!! They were doing that back at the Democratic National Convention.... Funny how the news never quite reported as to why they were protesting (trying to make it seem only as a WTO protest). Do you think it might be because Al Gore believes Occidental represents "Moderate Oil" or "Not So Big Oil"?? Yep.. good thing Gore isn't a hypocrit....
