Anxious to know what an "ordinary" "wacko" is.hhhhhhn Nobody is shocked when a career criminal uses a gun. But they are very shocked when kids or the guy nextdoor goes postal. Well this is obvious and means what. In California they estimate that the criminals in the DMV have issued 100,000 licenses (real ones with names like mine) that give the bearer the ability to "steal" your identity. I ask you which is more dangerous, for a person who does not legally (illegal for mental patient, those with restraining order or felon) own a gun and has illegally (falsely testified) obtained a CCW in Texas (which BTW is not a license to kill) or someone who has the ability to ruin your credit, dispose of your assets, and in incalculable ways destroy your life, not to mention get a CCW.
