You would have to be betting on oil prices to abate to like Asian markets. Not an entirely unreasonable scenario when (and if) refinery bottleneck slackens.

you could be right. DOW and Nasdaq are going to crash soon. Be prepared for the worst. Things could turn really ugly if Gore is elected as President. Hard to imagine what would happen for next year. Good luck all . Q
