I'm sorry to disagree with the God of Determinism. I just don't believe the love you have for your children is a choice that flows by necessity from subatomic activity. Contrary to popular belief, there is absolutely no evidence for such an idea, and there are more fitting conjectures. If I did believe that all behaviour was accounted for by Necessity, I would stop making value judgements against rapists. Fatalism is the natural philosophy that flows fronm a true belief in determinism. Most people give lip service to determinism because the nature of Will and Choice is unexplored and abstract territory, and everyone knows that free will does not exist... In an infinite universe, human thought is 3 minutes old. Every few years now we discover that what we knew for a fact...just ain't so. In light of this, it is not difficult for me to push aside a theory that really is only conjecture, and explains very little when it comes to human behaviour.
