I saw that and

also noticed that the Changsha facility was NOT listed in the Luminent S-1's, or Prospectus. I think it should be, if, as I assume, it was included in the FOCI purchase. I wrote Diana a note about it. Isn't this a great team? MRV is getting free proof reading help.
