No, I have heard nothing new. My understanding of the deal is that it is essentially all cash. While we get some stock in PC-Ware, we are required to sell it, and PCWare then will make up any shortfall. Thus after the deal closes PROG will have about $3.25 a share in cash plus the Domestic operations and no debt. Obviously the only risk at this price is that the deal doesn't close.
