To publicly raise estimates dramatically for the next five quarters is astounding.>> I agree. I find it a little disconcerting, especially in light of the pulled secondary. It just isn't possible to "know" with any certainty what business conditions will be like for a year in advance (which, to inject a political note, is why these surplus projections and huge tax cuts in the current US campaign are even more nonsense than Bing's projections) to make these predictions. I know, I know, Doc and Huey will come in and say that they are sold out till then, but do they really know that their customers aren't double ordering, and that they will actually buy the stuff three quarters out? Or what prices will be paid then? According the 10Q, their arrangements are not on firm, long term contracts, they can be cancelled or pushed out, prices can lowered, etc. I find it a dangerous precedent. And I am speaking as someone who has bought a fair bit of SST over the past few months, with an average price of probably about 25 or 26, I guess. All that said, you have to give hats off to SST for a great quarter, for pulling off managing blistering growth without, apparently, missing a beat. And the valuation is surely modest given such results. Congratulations to any and all employees who happen to read this thread. I hope you/we continue to prosper as much as Bing Yi projects, I really do. It's a shame that such a great performance will be overshadowed by the concurrent tragic political events which I pray will be over soon but fear will not be. Sam
