The close will be important. Bear markets have a tendency to go up in the AM only to fade by the end of the day. Makes sense if you think about it, bargain hunters come in the AM and night time orders are filled right away, then sellers take use of the gains to unload. The above action is a indicator of selling pressure. You can use that action to make money if you like to trade. Buy at the close, and sell out in the AM.
