And I'm a MU bear that thinks we should be back sub 10 bucks.

That's solid logic and definitely a probable outcome. However, MU still has valuable foundry capacity that could be leased out to memory manufacturers who do have licenses. So sub $10 per share rather than zero. Let's say sub $5 per share.
