The downgrades don't make much sense IMHO.

With Wygod as the single CEO and his contacts in the health care industry, HLTH might strike a deal in future with the giant insurance companies who are making an Internet entry joint venture. That should be a win-win situation to everybody.

I am still excited for the bright future of WebMD.
