I think the PIV will be pretty good solution.

Intel has shot themselves in the head with the exclusive dual rdram support.

If 3rd party PC 133 systems come out early next year AMD will be in trouble.

It seems pretty clear to me that PIV will win on MHZ. Mustang will win on IPC.

I recall that this has happened in the past and MHZ clearly won every time.

I am not projecting disaster for AMD.

But showing excellent growth YOY is going to be a major challenge for AMD imho.

And if flash has a hiccup, which may happen by mid year 2001 that could make things even more difficult.
