Thank you for your detailed commentary--it was very interesting. I am not techie enough to respond to the specifics of your note but in general I would say your concerns about pmcs rest on the risk of some of their current products being replaced by newer/better ones and their forays into new, promising markets may be at risk because of excellent competition. With all due respect, is there any tech company today that isn't in the very same boat? In the final analysis don't we place our bets on companies and management teams that have a track record of winning in such environments and does not pmcs qualify as such a company? Ken
