I support Gore and not Bush because of the overall histories of the Republican and Democratic parties. There was a time when the State of Washington had a wonderful Republican governor by the name of Dan Evans but he was too liberal in his views for the right wingers. I believe Bush is lying when he says he supports a prescription drug benefit for all seniors. He is just saying to get elected. I watched him waffle on the issue of RU-486 during the first debate and then later say he would sign the restrictive bill. He is also not telling the truth about the way his SS plan would bankrupt the system.
