Globalstar will begin a promotion called Time or Money. Either one is OK. We need both. We estimate third quarter end subscribers to be about 25,000 generating 2.6 million billable MOU in the quarter for $1 million in total service revenue. Let's remember that the numbers we will see will not be affected by the last month's share price depreciation. Even a mere doubling of subscribers every quarter (which is what these numbers signify) would put the system at or close to breakeven revenue by early 2002. And that's ignoring data, fixed, IFN, any out-quarter reductions in burn rate that may be (or may not be) achieved, and the results, if any, of the advertising and promotional push that is just beginning.
