Why do you people think Jerry should buy back AMD stock??? The guy probably has 90+ % of his net worth tied up in it. He gets more options each year. Wisely, on some sort of plan, he sells a smallish chunk every so often. And as an insider, there ARE rules about buying back at a lower price... I'm not sure if the period is 3 months or 6 months, or longer, but the upshot is, you forfeit the difference if you do it within the window. But he has SO MUCH amd stock, that there isn't really a reason to risk upsetting the SEC. Doug
