it really isn't based on pts on the naz or ndx as far as the bullish percents...it would take an extremely broad based rally where buy signals are generated on a large number of stocks to reverse the signal. A rally to 3500 on the naz would be pretty convincing, but I would expect a pullback along the way before it continued up. Whereas I am positioned bullish right now, I never saw a convincing capitulation, so I think we have more to go on the downside.
