If they say something without knowing for certain that it's true, that's not too good in my book. If, on the other hand, they know something beyond what the rest of the world knows, that's not too good in my book either.

sandeep: That was always my suggestion at the pre Alpha strike bombing briefings, that is, we should have vehemently denied that Haiphong harbor had been mined. It would have saved us a lot of aggravation and dirty underwear. JFD
