It is not a lucky market, that is your perception. To rein in your enthusiasm/despair cycles, you might consider some lithium, it will aid you in having a more stable view of the markets.

Seems dumb to me, putting the worlds best conductor of heat on the handle - where you'd do better to insulate your hands from the heat - BUT they are using gold here anyway:

Dear Cooking Enthusiast,

New! First Time Ever - Demeyere Inca Gold Sale: Save 20% on Selected Pieces!
Demeyere makes superb pans. Their Inca Gold pans are beautiful with 24 kt goldplated handles. The casserole/soup pots, buffet casserole, and round au gratins can be brought to the table and used as elegant serving pieces. There are also two beautiful serving trays available in the line.

1. Inca Gold pans are made from 18/10 stainless with a highly polished
finish.
2. Inca Gold pans have 24 kt goldplated handles. The lid knobs also can
be turned for vented steam escape or closed to hold in all the steam.
3. Inca Gold pans have thick 5 mm aluminum thermoconductive
bottoms. Metallurgical research has shown that 5 millimeters of
aluminum is needed to spread the uneven heat of gas flames or
electric elements contacting the outer base of a pan so that the heat
is even when it reaches the interior cooking surface. In other words,
the 5 millimeters of aluminum spreads the heat so there are no hot
spots on the cooking surface.
4. Inca Gold pans also have a patented triplinduc(r) base. The
triplinduc(r) base has a slight concave curve to it that flattens out
when on a heat source. It is guaranteed to be flat when heated for
the life of the pan. That makes Inca Gold pans perfect for ceramic
and halogen burners.
5. Inca pans are the finest for induction cooking, used by induction
range manufacturers to test their products.
