Relax Bridge, this is par for the course. As an insider on a software IPO in the early 90's I didn't know until the day b4, when we would begin trading. It was a very exciting time, but everything was hush, hush. As far as I know only a few top execs, the CEO & CFO, were 'in the loop', & everything was kept very fluid & flexible by the underwriters. There was a window of a couple of weeks, where anything could have happened, that's the way it is. It's the underwriters call, not MRV's, & they'll do what is best for all involved. Regis

ok, bp....let's go over this again...(sorry, if that sounds like i'm being a smart *ss, but it's been a looooong week)... there is still NO date for the ipo. the roadshow will likely be the end of next week or the following monday-- IF the market holds. i think all diana was saying is they are "ready" at MRV. now, they are waiting for the "ok" from the underwriters (specifically, CSFB). they are "ready" to announce the roadshow "any day," as diana said. that hasn't changed from what they've told me. except, they've pushed the reporting date back to accomodate the ipo getting done the final week of october. if they have to wait another week, due to market conditions, than they'll push the reporting date back further.... now, let's all go get our favorite beverage and have a great weekend!
