As much as I abhor it, it is every American's right to say "All ***** should move back to Africa." They also have the right to say "All ***** should be driven out of America." The only difference between that and burning a cross on someone's yard is: (1) trespassing; and (2) assault. There are already state law remedies for these crimes. To add a "hate crime" law on top of those remedies is to punish people for saying bad things, and that is not Constitutional.
