this is the bottom for a rally i would think. two weeks of core earnings, most of it should be decent. we're oversold, no, i don't think we're going to 4500 or something, but this should be a bottom for say a month or so-ish?

There are a few looming factors (oil/middle tensions), don't want to trivialize them, but they're all highly overrated, just like the bear talk on tv...etc...

I'm not sure the negativity is that well warranted on the SOX either, I pay attention to the industry a fair bit, the PC side is definitely lagging, but there are so many other expansive areas, as witnessed by AMCC PMCS TXCC earnings this week.

We've got a nice bullish engulfing candle, almost similar to the setup that started the august rally... albeit our conditions are different, but we're also significantly lower on the COMPX scale.

Just the oversold nature and the good tidings of earnings should shape us for a decent rally here.

3350 would assume 3500 arrival. Then 3700-3800 probably more trouble some.

Lots of great 10d intraday chart breakouts, of which several i held over. Favourite trading stocks like CFLO and EXTR. Liquid big easy movers. I think i said somewhere on SI today, I love america... i said the same to a trading buddy online and he just knocked at me being the west coast canadian... haha... love the net, love america, love datek too i think. anyways, that's my take.

cheerios.
