One house dumping 19000 shares today hardly qualifies as a broad based lack of confidence.

We actually have some interesting metrics occurring.

Yesterday Bunting bought 6000 and stopped the slide of WIN shares (as compared with everything else) in it's tracks.
Today the market bounced, and Sprott selling three times as many as Bunting bought shaved 15 cents off the stock.

Win and the market direction are separating. A necessary condition for Tornadoes?
