Dan,
while I have no institutional ties to Fonix, I have a pretty good timing about a FONX stock move up or down.
After a few years you see patterns in postings and the price and volume action.

I bought Fonix long ago. I also recommended it to others.
As a newby investor I really believed the pre-announcement and rumored information leaked from Fonix to select sources.

So I am bitter. I am also a bit wiser.

I wish the best for all investors, but at the same time I have deep contempt for the origional executives of Fonix.

In the 6-97 (SLC Utah) annual shareholder meeting, management, pretty much said that their huge salaries were justified by the share price. (where is it now?) The Annual meetings have been held out-of-state the past two years. (where is the share price now?)

For a start-up company a million to a million and a half is a bit steep. Then there were the consulting fees and additional fees and expenses payable to SMD.

SMD have raped FONX... they never got called on it.
But they did get called out on the KLSE lawsuit.

I wish I had sentiment from Alan Ashton. I want to know what he thinks about Fonix and what hardship or damage to his reputation in his association with Fonix has caused, if any.

Ashton, I would guess is by far the guy that has been on the steepest Fonix roller coaster ride. His origional investment at one time was worth around 140 million dollars.
I would guess if he still has all the shares he is worth about 9 million in FONX.

Many people bought into this company at $1 $2 $3 or more and some actually held on believing the company story.
Some people bought and sold at the peak of the hype...around $12.

Some get lucky and buy low and sell high. Some of us get Greedy, get rich and then get poor. Some get the system of pump and dump and some don't care. In the end we are all responsible for the consequences of our decisions.
But that doesn't mean its's right.
The Roulette Wheel is A Crooked Deal.

But at Least You Know The Rules !!!!
