No, he was banned for clogging up the thread grubbing and then being insulting about it. You know, one would not be banned for simply being a market clown. You have to do something a bit more uncivil. We have no problems with clowns that are reasonable clowns. Ask Pearly about his interactions. Although, I'm not so sure Pearly is a clown, but he started out sounding like one. In any event, it is 'tude that gets you banned.
