"...funding without diluting MOA stock..."

I'm sorry, but I don't understand that statement at all. We're getting 1 share for two of ours in a company that will have 45 million shares outstanding. I'm sure our MOA prez is not looking to screw over stockholders, of which he is one, but I sure can't wait to hear the rest of the story. Seems to me there has to be more we haven't heard yet, or who's going to approve this deal when shareholders vote on it? Based on what I've heard so far, this deal isn't quite sweet enough. But, we'll just have to wait and see.

Hello Peter,

I believe that the CEO had our best interest at heart also and that this might be a good deal. Sorry if I appeared too negative on my earlier post.

I do have some concerns and they are related to Etruscan's ability to fund projects without a major dump of new stock in the marketplace. Hopefully Mr Sheito and the CEO of Etruscan will enlighten us in the next few days as to what their plans are.

Cheers !!! Peter
