Here's the rest: The working poor and middle class keep more of their wages than the rich, before adjusting for the neat loopholes and special benefits available only as a practical matter to the rich. In the end, the working poor and middle class, if they're lucky, might save a couple hundred dollars, whereas the rich will save thousands, if not millions.
