CB: I read all the posts. There are some strong personalities on this thread and as far as I am concerned, that is great. But look at the "banned" list. It's rather lengthy. Maybe as long as the list of thread regulars. Does that suggest something? It does to me. Some threads are polite and proper and some are less so. This one, as I have noted in the past, is like a hockey rink,..... lots of bumps and body checks and not a place for wimps. That is part of its,...... I almost used the word "charm". (g) But when we start banning everybody and his brother, and for deeds that might garner a mere snarl if it emanated from a fellow thread member, then it has gone too far. If we can't take the heat from those whose views or comments rub us the wrong way, then the hockey rink has become a clique. Earlie
