I have the Nasdaq 100 breakdown. nasdaqtrader.com Msft may have bigger weight in the Comp than the 100, hence the NDX is close to passing the Comp. I suspect the Comp is getting hurt by the 400-500 internet stocks, many of whom are close to delisting. I had 450 stocks in my internet folders but have had to drop many since they've dropped under $ 3.
