<<"Just tell them you are going to soak the fat cats." What else is the message from democrats. That's all that is being sold, and people who don't do their own homework swallow that stuff right down.>>

Mike,
You have nailed the mantra of the Democratic Party, "Do it to the other guy". This is the party for people who see themselves as victims of other's actions. They are not responsible for their own plight, it is always the other guy. Demonize corporations, the wealthy (notice they never define "wealthy") and anyone who does not agree with them.

"But I do not see what Clinton/Gore has delivered on the last 8 years. Medicare? Social Security? Education? nada, zip, nothing, not even tried."

You should take your complaints to the Republican majority in both houses, and to the lobbyists representing drug companies, HMOs, and the like. I'm sure they can tell you in detail why a combination of special interests with a phenomenon best described as Clinton hatred has prevented sensible programs from being passed, sensible policies being adopted, and even sensible judges from being appointed to fill a growing number of vacancies. Don't blame me, I voted Democrat.
